Hiring Leader Access to Reject Candidates
Has anyone figured out a good workaround so that a leader can't disposition a candidate during the selection process? Our process flow is that the action is done by the recruiter, not the hiring leader so we are trying to figure out how to ensure our CSP is aligned to that. The "Rejected by Employer" seeded state is in every state, even if we try to create a new one. Appreciate any ideas.
