Unable to update the setting with respect to Mandatory (Required) Property in Flex Feilds

Hello,

Initially when we have registered and FCGL application, we have created a flex field and enabled it as mandatory (Required) property for a particular segment, However later we decided to update it and not set it as mandatory, however, it is not getting reflected in views and still for each segment values, it is throwing validation errors as the value is not set.

Is there any bug going on in the EDMCS with respect to this feature.
