edited Aug 26, 2020 7:21PM in Workforce Management 4 comments

Summary

We have a new requirement for 2021 that employee Final Disbursement of absence accruals will be based upon an employee's years of service.

Content

For example:

0 to 1 years of service -> no final disbursement

1+ to 5 years of service -> final disbursement will be 20% of accrual balance

5+ to 10 years of service -> final disbursement will be 45% of accrual balance

10+ to 15 years of service -> final disbursement will be 75% of accrual balance

15+ to 20 years of service -> final disbursement will be 100% of accrual balance

Have you been able to successfully implement similar using the absence configuration?

Howdy, Stranger!
