Using Subject ID in Transaction Administration

How do I use Subject ID to join to other Subject Areas to identify employee impacted by transaction by name

I would like to create an OTBI report on failed transactions and include the name of the employee on which the transaction was performed.  For example, if HR Rep Andrea performs a Salary Change for Employee Beth, I want to retrieve Beth's name in the report.  I see the recent addition of Subject ID to the Human Capital Management - Transaction Administration Real Time subject area, but I have not be able to successfully find a equivalent field in another subject area.  I tried to join to Workforce Management - Workforce Assignment Real Time thinking that Subject ID might be the
