REST Service for Item Costing

Summary

/fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/itemCosts -did not return the result

Content

I created a new standard cost for an item and trying to get the standard cost using the webservice. It does not return any rows. I get status 200 OK. is there anything missing? Am i looking at the right webservice - /fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/itemCosts?

Could anyone can help me on this.
