Update Multirow EFF attributes through Commercial Change Order via Webservice

Hi,

We would like to know if anyone has already implemented this and any pointers on how to achieve this.

While trying to create a new record for Item EFF attribute values (multi-row) through Change Order Via SOAP service, system is marking all the existing rows for deletion.  Ideally we need to just add  new record to the existing records of the Item EFF.

In another trail, while creating the record, passed the existing records details along with the EFF line id, and in this case all the existing records are getting marked as 'update' though there is not change.  When when trying to update the existing record with different values (by passing EFF line ID) system is marking the record to delete and indicating a new record (Add).
