BPM Workflow - Contracts Approval Assistance with Skip Rule

How do you skip a stage if a condition is met?

Hello,

I have setup a Contracts Approval workflow that uses the Roles on the Parties Tab to determine who to include in certain stages.

In one of the stages I can get the condition for when a Role = Certain Value, however how do you skip a stage if the condition is not met?

I know you can put in an "auto approve" condition on the stage but that still includes someone in the workflow, I want it so that whole stage skips and moves onto the next stage
