Summary

Syndicated ConditionalChatLink widget sessions available return value?

Content

I use the syndicated ConditionalChatLink widget, and would like to make other decisions on my page based on if the ConditionalChatLink widget returns that agents are available or not (min_sessions_avail: 1). Other decisions I would like to make on the page include hiding div’s etc. All which I can do with simple JavaScript…..if there is a way to, in essence, return a value of some sort from the ConditionalChatLink widget. Is that even a possibility?

Are their other ways to simulate the decisions that the ConditionalChatLink widget makes as it pertains to available sessions? If so could I run those “functions” directly rather than using the entire ConditionalChatLink widget maybe?

Howdy, Stranger!
