Payroll Time Type LOV does not display all values when clicked

Hello Experts,

When an employee clicks on the Payroll Time Type LOV it does not display all the values the employee is eligible to select. If the user types then you can see it. We did not have this issue in the other environment. I compared the Time entry layout component setup, the layout setup. I dont see any difference. Any idea what is causing?
