Communities: How to dynamically add learners into communities as a Required Members

Hi All,

Our client has a requirement to add learners to the community dynamically as a required member when new people join the organization or qualify through the Analysis criteria.

Is anyone can share some insights into using the community functionality and also steps to enroll required members into a community.
