Attaching Block Volumes to VM DBCS

Is there a way via OCI console or oci-cli to attach a Block volume to VM DBCS?

Alternatively, can the block volumes attached to VM DBCS (Storage management = Logical Volume Manager) be accessed from OCI console for a Block volume backup?

We are looking for a way to take a cold backup copy of the database residing on block volumes instead of rman (or tar) to Object storage.
