Two browser error when launching course

Is anyone else experiencing this? We reported this to Oracle months ago and they said it would be fixed with the latest update. We had hope at first but over the last few days they are starting to trickle in again. A user who launches a course and either closes the window or who gets kicked out, tries to login again and relaunch the course only to be told the course cannot be opened in two browser sessions. The only fix is to have the user clear their cache and cookies and restart.
