Can we do Tier based billing in fusion Billing using Project Process configurator

Hi,

 

We have a requirement where we need to do the tier based billing, where the client gives the customer discount based on the billing done to the customer. If the contract is signed for 15cr and as per contract term if the billing is done for the 5 crores then 1percent discount is given to the customer and if the invoicing is reached 10 crores we give discount of 1.5%.

Can we achieve this using Project Process Configurator or can we use extensions in SAAS.
