Notfifying agents when wait queue reaches specified threshold

Is anyone aware of a config setting/process that would notify agents if the number of customers in a chat wait queue reaches a specified limit? For example, once 3 customers are waiting in the queue it would notify designated agents so they could login and provide assistance.
