Manage Salary isnt appearing in Employment History

Hi 

We are in the verge of deploying Employment History in Production pod. but then in testing we realized Manage Salary Transaction isnt appearing in Employment History of Employees seen by respective Managers. 

Is this an expected behavior or is their any other setting to make Manage Salary visible in Employment History.
