PGP Payment File Encryption and Decryption of MT940

Need to sign payment files generated via BI Report with Oracle PGP private key and encrypt the payment file using Bank public PGP key

We have this requirement to send encrypted payment files to UOB Bank using custom BI report. UOB Bank is using 2-way encryption. We are able to send encrypted files to the bank using Bank’s PGP Public Key to encrypt the file and use BI Publisher Private PGP Key to sign the payment file by enabling Sign Output in the FTP setup, screenshot below. Same encryption is used for MT940 Bank Statements, using the retrieval transmission configuration we need to decrypt the MT940 file using
