BPM Worklist Transaction Missing after 20C Upgrade

Did any one have face the following issue after 20C upgrade:

Before 20C upgrade all transactions are showing in BPM worklist -Adminitrative, but after 20C upgrade some transactins are fising.

 

If anyone have faced the issue please suggest what need to perform for bringing back the transaction
