We are currently struggling with needing to manage multiple assignments in the Czech Republic for people working during their maternity leave.  During this period, we would like to create a new assignment because during this time, the employee may be working in a different job for a different manager at a different salary - all under a different contract from their original.  Currently we are seeing that the functionality for multiple assignments turns off the ability to use contracts (even for the primary assignment or for this new temporary assignment).  Is anyone else experiences this issue?
