Issue viewing content uploaded by a colleague

Unable to see content uploaded by a colleague in Catalog ResourcesContent
A colleague and myself are uploading content to an environment and for some reason I cannot see any of the content in Catalog resources that she has uploaded. She can see mine but I cannot see hers. I can see them if I attempt to create an Offering Activity and add the content in there.
Does anybody have any ideas why this might be an issue?
