Hi, 

I need to solve an issue: the standard working hours can be the numeric consequence of a field in legal entity hcm information task, but in the same legal employer I have to manage different contracts and so different standard working hours. If I insert an employee with different working hours respect to the standard working hours, the FTE is automatically calculated and it's different from the value 1 and this is not correct. 

Can somebody suggest me a valid solution or a work around to solve it?
