Transferring Data from test to Prod for Hybrid Application

Hi Friends-

We have a hybrid based PBCS - which means it doesn't allow us to load incremental data using a snapshot from migration option. We would like to do a Aug YTD data transfer to Prod instance as the data resides in test env now.

Is there another way to do this without taking an entire application snapshot and recreating the Prod. And this has to be done only for actuals data.
