Learning Past Due Reminder sent after completion

Past Due reminder is sent to employees after employee has completed course

We have created an past due learning alert that is sent when the employee has learning that is past due.  Learners are still receiving alerts after they have completed their required learning.

We have the following filters:

${assignmentDueDate} >= sysdate-2

${assignmentDueDate} <= sysdate-1

${assignmentStatus} <> 'Completed'

${assignmentType} = 'ORA_REQUIRE_ASSIGNMENT'

An employee completed the course last month and is still receiving emails each day.
