EPM Cloud replacement for MDX queries

I have a situation where users are exporting data out of an on-prem ASO cube via MDX executions programmatically (they're not static queries, parameters are passed to change the data slice being exported).  App is moving to Planning Cloud (enterprise).  I'm aware that data export jobs, CDM file export and Export data REST API resource could be options.  Has anyone come accross a similar use case, if so what was your approach?  Again firing multiple dynamic  MDX queries programatically that could vary in data volume up to a few gig.  Thanks
