Conditional Formatting in Pivot Table

Summary

Colour by Absence Type working in Table but not pivot

Content

Hi

I'm trying to show a calendar for this month and next month.  The number of days/hours shows correctly but I want to colour code what's being shown by absence type (example: Annual Leave shows 1.0 day in green, sickness is in red etc.)

When I create a table view, this works perfectly, however it doesn't show any colours up on the pivot - only the correct number of days an employee is absence for without the colours.

I've tried creating a new column (with a case statement) and i refer to that in the absence days but it's still only showing up the correct colour code in the Table only.

Howdy, Stranger!
