Please advise if Oracle has two 'Tax Country Code' tables, one for the ‘FATCA Country Codes’ and another for the ‘IRS Tax Country Codes’. If you can only find the one ‘FATCA Country Code’ then I am wondering what other companies do that use Oracle and are required to do 1042-S Reporting?
I asked my Thomson Reuters 1099 Client Service Rep if this was an issue that she had seen with other companies and she said no. She said the ERP system should have both tables (IRS and FATCA).
