Extracting data with Data Management - empty output instead of NoCustom1

Is there an option to extract/generate empty fields in my output? (e.g. instead of No Custom1)

If this is not possible directly in Data Management, would installing the "Agent" on the local machine be an option to trigger the export and modify the output in this way?
