Need to Restrict the Employee from Submitting Absence using Insufficient balance enforcement for Qualification

Content

Hello,

Need to Restrict the Employee from Submitting Absence using Insufficient balance enforcement for Qualification.

I have Matrix for Qualification plan which says

If LOS is more than 5 years then 100 Hrs of 100% Pay and 100 hrs of 0% Pay.

I created the Absence Type as Generic and enabled "Insufficient balance enforcement".

When employee trying submit more than 200 hrs the application is accepting the absence Entry.

Expectation is that it should restrict at 200 hrs (!00hrs Paid and 100 hrs unpaid). Is that possible?

Thank you.

Regards

Chinna
