BUI - adjusting the maximum number of active chats

Hi,

In the .NET desktop application the maximum number of chats can be adjusted via File > Options > Communication Center (if allowed in the profile service permissions). I did not find a way to do this in BUI. Does anyone know if there is a way to adjust the maximum number of active chats in BUI? I've also attached a couple of screenshots.
