Unable to locate EGP_CONVERSION_MODE or Item Data Conversion Mode Enabled Option

I am unable to locate Task: "Manage Administrator Profile Values" under Setup & Maintainence in 20C as mentioned by multiple documentations on Oracle support to set profile value "Item Data Conversion Mode Enabled Option" for better performance.

Is this profile value or task name changed in 20c, please confirm where to find this profile value?
