Session focused on Roles

Hello,

Could you share with me some documents regarding HCM roles? 

I need to perform a session with the client focused on these theme, aimed to collect requirements from them.

In particular I would like to share with them some basic knowledge regardin standard roles and then collect their feedback on any possible customization, if needed. (I assume they have very basic requirements, for example: manager should not see this area of the system...)

 

Any suggestion?
