How can we Prevent Employees From Deleting a row on their Profile?


We have a requirement for employees to not be able to delete rows of their Work History on their Talent Profile. They need to be able to edit the rows (profile items), but not delete them. The reason is that this data will be populated by a nightly integration from Core HR assignment data, so we do not want employees to be able to delete those rows. However, they need to be able to edit things like their Job Title and Responsibilities of the job, in order to market their experience for applying for internal rows.
