Searching for Cloud function to support lot specific conversions where each lot of an item might have a unique conversion for interclass conversions

I'm looking for functionality that in EBS was named Lot Specific Conversions. 

The use case is interclass conversions where there is a general rule for conversions, but also possible for a lot to have a unique conversion. 

For example, an item is purchased by eaches and comes in the form of a jug or jar. Inside of the jar are absorbent beads which have absorbed water. Typically one each is equivalent to 10kg of beads once the water has been drained out of the jar. The unit of measure for issuing to orders or jobs is in kilograms, and after receipt by Eaches, the jar is drained of water and the beads are measured. If the weight is more than 500 grams difference from the 10kg standard, then a lot specific conversion is required to accurately reflect
