Address Mapping Document

Hi all - I am working on an address report and have noticed that there are different layouts based on the location.  For example, the US has States but the UK does not.  How do I find out what the mapping is without having to look up everything individually?

I am aware of the Address Style Format configuration screen (sample included), but I don't have security to that.  I am aware of over 100 different potential configurations we may have so would prefer not to have to look up everything individually and manually documenting it.  I have been asked to dump the tables, but that doesn't help me with specific configurations (EX: Address Line 1 in the table is Address Site in the customization, I would not know this).  Also, I am not able to find a field called "Additional address attribute 1" as an Address Element in OTBI, so

Howdy, Stranger!
