Absence balance copy when using Local and Global transfer in 20C
Summary
Absence balance copy when using Local and Global transfer in 20CContent
When we are performing global transfer using Local and Global transfer in 20C env, we could see that the whole balance in the absence plan from previous legal employer is not getting copied to the new one. We can see only the carryover defined is getting copied.
As per the document, it says as below:
The Local and Global Transfer process automates the accrual plan enrollment and copying of plan balances. When an employee is transferred, all active plans are end-dated in the old organization. If the employee is eligible for the same plans in the new organization, the application automatically enrolls the employee to the same plans.
