Content Item/Rating Model Proficiency Description

Defining Proficiency Descriptions for individual content items

Content

Hi All,

Has anyone successfully enabled the "Content Item Proficiency Description" functionality in a competency content section? According to the documentation, we should be able to define rating level descriptions for each individual content item, instead of using the description from the rating model. However, even when we define the content item proficiency description in Profiles -> Edit Item Catalog -> Edit Content Item, the employee is still seeing the description for the rating model.

Here are the steps we used to configure:

  1. Added Competency content section to Person Profile
  2. Added Content Items to to competency item catalog

Howdy, Stranger!
