Trouble Embedding Video and Powerpoint

I have not been able to figure out how to embed a PowerPoint within a learning plan page. I have tried uploading from the Resource Manager, which just results in the PowerPoint auto-downloading. I have also tried creating an embed link from a OneDrive document, which I have pasted in both the WYSIWYG and HTML editors with no success. I would like for it to be viewed within the screen. Is that not possible?

I have had the same trouble with embedding a video within a learning plan page. I have attempted to insert a Vimeo link into the Resource Manager pop-up as indicated, but it will not allow me to save and move forward. Is Youtube the only option for embedding a video if I do not have the original file?
