Data Access pairing with Job Roles

Is the Data Access requirement for a particular Job role set by Oracle and is it statis?

Good evening,

I would like to catalog all of the Job Role/Data Access points required by Oracle Cloud via SQL.  For instance, Accounts Payable Manager uses a Data Access of Business Unit while other roles may use Business unit and Reference Data Set while still others use Asset Book or Ledger.

I believe the the table to use is fun_role_data_security_mapping.

My Questions are:  Is this updatable by anyone other than Oracle, meaning it's a static table?  Should the data pulled from this table be used to catalog all possible Job Role/Data Access points?   My current query looks like this:
