Is there a way to share search templates in Person Management based on Security Roles

Hi All,

This is sort of a two part question.

1) Is there a way to share/upload a Personalized Search to other HCM users? Or does it have to be created manually?

2) If it can be shared, is there a way to share with all users based on a security role?
