Reporting Sickness when primary assignment has changed

Hi

Apologies if this has already been posted elsewhere, but I am reporting on sickness over a 12 month period, and our sickness goes against the primary assignment.  In other words, it rolls up to the primary assignment when secondary assignments record sickness.

When I'm reporting over the 12 month period, I don't want the sickness being double counted on both primary and secondary, so I have a filter on sickness against the primary flag only.

However, when an employee changes their primary assignment to a new one (which often happens), the absence gets lost and is not recorded as the original assignment where the sickness occured, is no longer the primary.  Therefore the report does not show these absences.
