How can I open the newly created opportunity screen after successful lead conversion.

Is there any way to go to Opportunity screen after lead conversion is successful. By default after lead conversion is successful the user stays on the leads page. The user has to go to opportunities tab on leads to open the opportunity just converted.

Can we customize this behavior so that the user will be redirected to the newly created opportunity on lead conversion?
