Require feasibility check on a complex Inventory Stock Ageing Report (Across Multiple Inventory Orgs)

We have an unique report requirement for customer related to Inventory Aging Report. Below is the high level requirement. 

The customer will have a central Warehouse (CWH) which will get all stock through PO Receipts.
Based on need, the Stock will be delivered to one or more Regional Warehouses (RWH1, RWH2 ... )

The Depots (DEP1,2,3...) and the Service Centers (SC1,SC2...) will request particular items and will be transferred from the Regional Warehouses by Transfer Orders

(Note the that Lot/Serial option is not enabled)
