Consolidation or translation fails because there is another active consolidation or translation

Hi All,

during consolidation process happens that an user runs a consolidation rule for own entity and, at the same time, another user runs the consolidation at Group level. This one receive anr error like this below

"A method called by the script failed on line: 8, with error: A consolidation cannot be performed. There is either an active consolidation for the selected entity or its descendants, or a failed consolidation that needs to be reset. Please wait until the active consolidation completes, or Force Consolidate to reset a failed consolidation. Entity:ITA Scenario:ACTUAL_STAT, Year:FY20 and Period:Feb."
