Need help to identify root cause

Hi All,

We are facing an issue with one of our AICC third-party trainings where a few employees completed the training but Oracle did not recognize the training as completed. The vendor has provided a fixing but we are not sure how to replicated the issue. Our only guess is something time out.

Thus, my questions to this community would be: do you know what is HCM/Learn session time out value? 5min? 10 min?

Any other thoughts on this issue?
