Mobile user unable to search locations

Single user receives error "You dont' have permission to search and access locations"

Content

Currently have several users with identical roles and data access assignments but a single user is unable to search Locations when trying to change deliver to location. Verified behavior using single phone app install and logged on as 2 different users. One works and other doesn't.

The only element found different is this is a person type=Contingent Worker vs Employee.

Any trouble shooting ideas?
