After our monthly and weekly patch this weekend, we no longer have the ability to Add an Assignee for a Change Assignment Approval Action

Hi All,

 

I have created an SR for this issue, but wondering if anyone else has experienced this.  We just had our September monthly and weekly patch over the weekend, and have now lost the ability for an approver to add assignees when using the Change Assignment Quick Action.  This was working on Friday, and now is not working.  Has anyone else experienced this?
