Core flex fields, into Position and Offer for the information to flow through to the already existin

Hello experts,

Is there a way to have Custom Core DFF (Employment module) to be added in Position and Offer also? Part of our Core information is held in custom flexfields (Employment Page) and we would like for these particular custom flexfields to be added to Position and at Offer stage already. At present, we can only start populating these fields at Conversion from pending worker to employee. Does anyone know of a way to integrate these Core flex fields, into Position and Offer for the information to flow through to the already existing Custom DFF in Core automatically?
