Can we write TB validation rule (to ensure uploaded TB’s total is zero) in Data Management?

We are looking for a solution to add validation at Validation stage of TB loading process

In existing setup system is considering availability of Data Load mappings only at validation stage of TB load, In other words validation stage of TB load will fail only if mapping is not available for one or more dimensions. To make the solution more robust we would like to apply the rule here to ensure that Trial Balance total is zero. (We have this rule applied in our on-premise solution FDMEE)

Appreciate any guidance on this.
