Can you please help with the below requirement.

How to generate negative events by using billing extensions for retention billing purposes (As we don't have automatic billing retention in Fusion PPM unlike EBS PA). 

By using billing extensions we can able to create events but I would like to know whether we can able to create negative events or not?

if we can able to achieve how to achieve that.
