GTM's Restricted Party Screening as a stand alone service? What's the alternative?

We are migrating from PeopleSoft to Oracle Cloud and we are looking at the equivalent solution for Financial Sanctions Service. It seems that the Restricting Party Screening feature in GTM is the right candidate for having the same functionality in Oracle Cloud. But GTM comes with additional capabilities that we don't need. 

Does anybody know if we can get just the Party Screening from GTM or is it recommended to use something else for Oracle Cloud clients?
