We are having a process in which we have created a form with fields:

1)approver email id

2)requestor and some other fields

We want to send approve mail in human task to the email address entered in the approver field. We want to send this mail to some oracle generic email addresses, but the emails are not going to generic email addresses. Whereas we are able to send emails to personal email addresses of oracle employees successfully. But our requirement is to send to generic email addresses. Do we need to do any setup or we missing anything? Please help us in resolving this issue ASAP.
